What is Race to Start? Race to Start is a campaign leading up to Younique Presenters being able to sell product into Mexico. From 12:01 a.m. PT on March 1, 2015 through 11:59 p.m. PT on May 5, 2015, you can sponsor or join Younique as a US Latina Presenter, with your website and catalog in Spanish.

  If you join Younique as a US Latina Presenter between March 1, 2015 and May 5, 2015, you will receive $33 Y-Cash in your account immediately, an exclusive US Latina Founding Presenter charm shipped to you 30 days after the end of the Race to Start campaign (May 5). Also, when you place your next order (i.e., your first order after your Presenter Kit order) you will receive a 10-pack of catalogs in Spanish.

Perks for existing and new Presenters in all markets…

• Existing and new Presenters from all markets who sponsor five or more eligible US Latina Presenters (between March 1 and May 5, 2015) will receive the exclusive US Latina "International Leader" charm.

What does it mean to be a US Latina Presenter? Being a US Latina Presenter means you live in the United States and have opted to have your Younique website language default to Spanish. All new US Latina Presenters will receive a US Latina Presenter Kit, which comes with a Presenter Guide and Younique catalog that is in Spanish. Please note that during the Race to Start campaign, if you elect to enroll as a US Latina Presenter or are an existing Presenter opting to change your website default language to Spanish, your default language cannot be changed again for 90 days from the date of your enrollment or the date you make the language change.

What does it mean to set my default language to Spanish on my website? It means your Younique website will automatically display in Spanish to customers; however, your customers will have the option to select to view your website in English. In addition to your website defaulting to Spanish, your Back Office and the emails and communications you receive from Younique will also be in Spanish. To change your default language to Spanish, you must reside in the United States.

After I join as a US Latina Presenter, can I change my language default back to English? You can change your website language to default to English after a 90-day waiting period that begins the day you join.

I am a Presenter who lives in the United States. How can my customers change the language in which they view my website? Customers have three ways of changing the language they view your website in. They can: (1) Locate the round flag button at the top right hand corner of your website and select the language they prefer from the drop down menu. (2) Locate the pink button in the top left corner of your website that will say "English" or "Espanol," and select between the two options in the dropdown menu. (3) Locate the "English" and "Espanol" options listed in the bottom left-hand corner of the webpage.

If I am an existing Presenter from any market, can I still participate in the Race to Start campaign? Yes! Existing Presenters from any market can join the Race to Start campaign by sponsoring five or more new, eligible US Latina Presenters. When you do, you will receive an exclusive US Latina International Leader charm. For a new US Latina Presenter to become eligible, she will need to sell 500 PRS within her first 30 days.
Another significant Race to Start perk can be earned by becoming one of the top five leaders in sponsoring US Latina Presenters. The top five Presenters who sponsor the most eligible new US Latina Presenters will receive: an iPad mini and 5,000 Incentive Trip points.

If I join as a US Latina Presenter, can I immediately start selling Younique products? You bet! Beginning March 1 you can sell Younique products in all of our markets and, better yet, starting May 5 you can sell Younique products to customers who live in Mexico!
